American Airlines has announced that expanded travel opportunities will soon be landing at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) beginning in May and June of 2021, with the arrival of 10 new, returning and seasonal routes.

“As customers return to the skies, Austin remains a top destination for business and leisure travel alike,” said Brian Znotins, American’s Vice President of Network Planning. “American is pleased to add these new routes in direct response to customer demand and the continued growth of the Austin region. These new routes not only provide additional gateways to the Texas capital, but they also offer Central Texans new nonstop opportunities and access to American’s global network.”

Daily, year-round service from AUS to Nashville (BNA), Las Vegas (LAS), Orlando (MCO) and New Orleans (MSY) will begin May 6, with service to Raleigh-Durham (RDU), Tampa (TPA) and Washington-Dulles (IAD) starting later in the summer.
