As we gear up for the new year, we may have made resolutions and intentions to work on. It can be about our health, our relationships, or about careers. One thing that people don’t often prioritize however is slowing down.
Join us as we discuss the importance of resting, meditating, and taking a moment to breathe and what it does for our sexual, mental and physical well being. We will discuss the role slowing down plays in our relationships with others, and how it can enhance or detract from our sexual wellness. Feel free to bring your sexual, romantic and/or platonic partner(s) as well as anything that helps you feel grounded, slow down and take deep breaths.
Event is wheelchair accessible. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided. Visitors are always welcome to bring food or drinks to share, but it is not at all required to attend. This event is one of many this year around promoting the well being and vitality of QPOC communities in Austin, TX.
