Plus, hope for non-geniuses: Smart-Ass Points for wrong-but-funny answers. All for honor, glory, bragging rights, and even some prizes for the winning teams! Learn more at BigQuizThing.com.
Before the event… Members of a household can play together or coordinate with other household(s) to be a team (we recommend two to five members on each team).
Each team choses a captain; they’ll be responsible for inputting the answers into our digital answer system. They also coordinate how the team will communicate among themselves to discuss answers during the game (via whichever method they’re most comfortable with: group text, Facebook Messenger, Google Hangout, Skype, Slack, Discord, etc.) if not in the same household. And they lead their team in coming up with a team name.
How do I see/hear the host and the questions? Well before the game, every participant (not just each team) has to download Zoom Click hereif you don’t already have it. (If two players are physically in the same place, they can use Zoom on the same computer, as long as they’re on the same team.) It’s best to make sure you’ve downloaded it well in advance of game time.
