Nelly Nights Kicking Off in Austin

Prepare to be wined, dined and inspired. On Sunday, August 23, local chef and owner of the La Fantabulous – Cabo Style Taqueria and La Sirena – La Fantabulous Taqueria food trucks, Josie Paredes will kick off her newest project, the Nelly Nights Pop Up Dinner Series, with a night of delicious food, drinks, music and dancing in a casual setting at 34th Street Cafe.

The event will feature a four-course meal inspired by Paredes’ 25 years of cooking at kitchens throughout the country including local favorites like J. Black’s Feel Good Kitchen & Lounge, Eddie Vs and Asti, paired with a specialty cocktail curated by Paredes. Seating is limited.
